Yirgacheffe

Grade 1 – Washed | SCA 90.00

This lot presents a highly articulate washed Yirgacheffe profile, defined by pronounced floral aromatics and tightly structured citrus expression. The cup is transparent and layered, with elevated acidity that remains refined and linear throughout. Sweetness is delicate and integrated, supporting the aromatic lift without heaviness. The mouthfeel is light and silky, and the finish extends cleanly with lingering floral notes.

Grade 2 – Washed | SCA 86.33

 

This coffee shows a balanced washed Yirgacheffe profile with clear citrus and soft floral tones. Acidity remains bright but less incisive, giving the cup a rounder impression. Sweetness is moderate and clean, while structure and clarity remain intact. The finish is clean but shorter, making it well suited for repeat-oriented specialty programs.

Grade 3 – Natural or Washed | SCA 84.50

This lot displays a softer, more rounded profile with fruit-forward character dominating the cup. Stone fruit notes are present alongside moderate sweetness and a broader, less defined acidity. Body is slightly fuller, and the cup structure is cohesive though less precise. The finish is pleasant and balanced, without sharp transitions.

Guji

Grade 1 – Washed | SCA 89.75

Acidity is vibrant yet smoother than Yirgacheffe, supported by a clear sweetness and a slightly fuller body. The cup retains clarity and balance, ending with a long, elegant finish.
